I’ve just signed up for an account, but unsure when ordering if I include the name New York Mailbox as part of my shipping address when placing an order, or just my name and the street address?

Can’t wait to give this a try !

      Hi Cathy,

You use the address exactly as shown in your Kinek account. Including the business name, Kinek#, and your name.

Hi, i usually purchase items from several different places. Usually these are comics, movies, shirts, or other light weight items. I was wondering would these be charged $5/ per box or would you discount the fee if there are five small boxes?

      Hi there,

Unfortunately, it’s a per package fee as everyone is treated the same.

      Hi Linda,

When you cross back into Canada you pay the HST of the province you’re entering back into.

Hi, so I already signed up with Kinek and got my US address – what do I do next prior to ordering online? And once the item arrives at my Kinek US address, will I be contacted right away? Thank you.

Hi, if I buy used goods, do I have to pay duties/taxes coming back across the border?

      Hi Andrew,

You pay just the HST at the border, even for used goods.
