In the billing section of the online retailers site you simply enter in your home address that your credit card is tied too.
So I’ve tried all of this, however, when I go to pay with my Paypal it says only american Paypal accounts work. Will it accept my credit card? I’m just wondering how the person above did it? Thanks.
